Hospitality courses cover a broad range of areas in the hospitality field and will provide students with a foundation in all aspects of the hospitality industry.

During this course students will be given both practical, hands-on and theoretical training that prepare them for a career in the hospitality industry. In particular, The Diploma of Hospitality Management will prepare students for supervisory roles.

Often students will be placed in work internships in real businesses to get a feel for the industry. The skills that they learn throughout their class will benefit them greatly in the real workforce.

Quite often students who are studying hospitality find it easy to secure paid employment in local hotels, restaurant and bars, as the employer knows that the experience that they have learnt in the course will have real benefits in the work force.
